London-based automation startup EvoluteIQ has raised $53 million in a minority growth round led by Baird Capital to accelerate its global expansion.

Founded in 2019, the company offers a unified low-code/no-code platform that uses its proprietary Agentic Mesh Architecture and AI Workbench to automate and orchestrate entire enterprise workflows across industries like banking, healthcare, insurance, telecom, and manufacturing.

Unlike rivals such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere, EvoluteIQ integrates process orchestration, data management, and AI-driven decision-making in a single system, enabling intelligent agents to work together autonomously.

Led by co-founder and CEO Sameet Gupte, the company has seen rapid growth with positive EBITDA, retention rates above 180%, and more than 100% annual growth.

With Baird Capital’s backing and board presence, EvoluteIQ plans to expand further into healthcare, insurance, financial services, and the mid-market sector.
