Steven Bartlett’s creator empire reaches €365m valuation

Steven Bartlett, entrepreneur and host of The Diary of a CEO, has secured an eight-figure investment for his media company, Steven.com, valuing the venture at €365 million.

The funding round, led by Slow Ventures and Apeiron Investment Group, marks one of the largest creator-economy investments ever in Europe.

Bartlett says his goal is to create the “Disney of the creator economy,” integrating creator-driven media, commerce, and technology under one global brand.

Steven.com consolidates Bartlett’s media, marketing, and investment ventures, FlightStory, FlightCast, and FlightFund, into one unified platform.

FlightStory develops and scales commercial infrastructure around creator-led intellectual property, collaborating with figures such as Trevor Noah and Davina McCall.

FlightCast, launched this month, offers video podcast hosting with integrated analytics and testing tools, targeting the growing demand for professional-grade creator platforms.

Bartlett retains more than 90% ownership of Steven.com, a rare level of control for a company of this valuation.

His broader portfolio spans more than 40 companies, including stakes in SpaceX, Whoop, Replit, PerfectTed, and MrBeast’s ventures. Notably, PerfectTed, originally a Dragon’s Den investment, is now valued at over $190 million, representing one of the programme’s most successful exits.

The creator economy continues to expand rapidly, with analysts projecting it to reach $528 billion globally by 2030. Europe, traditionally slower than the U.S. in scaling creator businesses, has seen rising investor interest in recent years.

Startups such as Wyrld, Assisterr, and Paid are experimenting with creator tools and monetisation models, but none approach Steven.com’s integrated scale.
