Digital agencies juggle countless apps and tools to manage their daily operations, a new software solution called OneSuite is making waves with its promise to streamline the chaos. Founded by Syed Rezwanul Haque, also known as Reza, OneSuite is a centralized platform designed to tackle the common pain points faced by digital agencies, freelancers, and small teams.
Reza’s journey began in 2012 when he co-founded a digital agency named Technext. Over the past decade, Technext has carved out a niche in the industry by helping clients build web and mobile applications through staff augmentation.
However, despite their success, Reza found himself increasingly frustrated with the inefficiencies of managing the agency’s operations.
“I was constantly switching between multiple apps and software just to keep things running smoothly,” Reza explained.
“It wasn’t just time-consuming; it was also a significant barrier to optimizing our workflow.”
Realizing he wasn’t alone in this struggle, Reza reached out to over 70 other digital agency owners.
The consensus was clear: the industry was in dire need of a better way to manage everything from client relationships to project deadlines.
This shared frustration sparked the idea for OneSuite, an all-in-one software solution tailored specifically for digital agencies.
What OneSuite Offers
OneSuite is not just another project management tool; it’s a comprehensive platform designed to handle the multifaceted needs of modern digital agencies.
According to Reza, OneSuite offers several key features that make it a game-changer:
Lead Pipeline: OneSuite helps agencies manage their leads more efficiently, allowing them to nurture prospects and convert more leads into clients.
Project Management: With tools to streamline project management, OneSuite aims to replace popular apps like Trello and Asana, offering a more integrated approach.
Client Portal: The platform includes a dedicated client portal, designed to build trust and foster long-term relationships by making communication and project updates seamless.
Invoices and Payments: OneSuite simplifies the invoicing process and integrates with payment platforms like Stripe, QuickPay, and Razorpay, among others, to ensure agencies get paid on time.
Document Hub: All important documents—such as NDAs, proposals, and agreements—can be stored in one place, making it easy to manage and retrieve critical files.
Service Checkout (Planned Feature): Reza and his team are also working on a feature to help agencies manage productized services, further expanding the platform’s capabilities.
From Prototype to Reality
To ensure OneSuite met the real-world needs of digital agencies, Reza and his team developed a Figma prototype and conducted interviews with agency owners to gather feedback.
The response was overwhelmingly positive, though not without constructive criticism. This feedback loop has been instrumental in refining the platform.
“We showed the prototype to digital agency owners, even those I didn’t know personally through LinkedIn,” Reza said. “The feedback helped us develop additional features and modules that solve specific pain points.”
With the development process in full swing, OneSuite is now available for early access.
The platform has been developed in collaboration with over 50 digital agency owners, ensuring it addresses the most pressing challenges faced by the industry.
Reza is inviting digital agency owners, solopreneurs, freelancers, and small teams to sign up for OneSuite and take advantage of a special lifetime access deal, which will end soon. To sweeten the offer, Reza is offering a 20% discount with the coupon code “PH20.”
“We’re eager to get feedback from users,” Reza emphasized. “Their input will help us tailor OneSuite to better meet the needs of digital agencies everywhere.”
As the digital landscape continues to evolve, tools like OneSuite are becoming increasingly essential for agencies looking to stay competitive.
By consolidating various functions into one platform, OneSuite could very well revolutionize how digital agencies operate, freeing them from the clutter of multiple apps and enabling them to focus on what they do best: delivering outstanding results for their clients.
