BNVT Capital has launched its debut $150 million fund to invest in AI-first and technology-driven startups tackling major global challenges, combining purpose with profit.

Founded by Rory Mounsey-Heysham, formerly of the Gates Foundation, and Chris Corbishley, ex-Hedosophia, the London-based firm is guided by research showing that startups addressing large-scale problems deliver 51% higher returns than peers.

Already backing 11 companies across Europe and the U.S., including Swap Commerce, Cloover, and Dawnguard, BNVT co-invests with leading players like TPG and Iconiq.

The fund promotes “benevolent disruption,” a model balancing commercial success with societal impact, and aims to expand its portfolio to 25–30 companies globally over the next two years while launching a community platform to connect entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders.

With offices in London, New York, and Riyadh, BNVT is positioning itself as a global leader in purpose-driven venture capital.
