Appointment Scheduling: Coaching Calls are scheduled based on the availability of both the user and the assigned coach. Users are encouraged to provide accurate and preferred time slots to facilitate scheduling.
Payment: The Coaching Call fee is £112 per hour. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. No coaching session will be scheduled until payment is received.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Users may cancel or reschedule a Coaching Call by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
Duration and Overtime: The standard duration of a Coaching Call is one hour. Overtime may be accommodated based on mutual agreement, and additional fees of £112 per hour will apply.
Confidentiality: Lion Herald ensures the utmost confidentiality regarding all information shared during Coaching Calls. Coaches are committed to maintaining privacy and will not disclose any sensitive information without explicit consent.
Recording of Sessions: Users are not allowed to record Coaching Calls without the explicit consent of both parties. Lion Herald may record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes, ensuring a high standard of service.
